ONLINE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physio for people who train, Australia wide.

If you're based outside South East Queensland or simply prefer the flexibility of online care, an online consult with Jayde gives you the same thorough assessment and clinical reasoning as an in-person appointment.

This isn't a generic telehealth experience. It's a full session built around you, your training, your history and what your body actually needs.

What to Expect

Your online consult is 60minutes via Zoom. Here’s how it works:

  1. We start by talking through your history, your training, and what's been going on.

  2. Jayde will guide you through a movement assessment so she can see how your body is moving

  3. You'll receive a detailed clinical assessment and a clear explanation of what's happening and why.

  4. A personalised plan is delivered through an app.

Where helpful, Jayde may send you a movement assessment through an app to complete in your own environment. This lets her see how your body moves under real training conditions, not just in a Zoom call.

You don't need any special equipment. Just a device with a camera, enough space to move and comfortable clothes.

Who this is for

This consult is for active people and athletes who are dealing with an injury, managing something recurring or working toward a performance goal and want clinical support to get there safely.

If you train regularly and want a physio who understands that, you're in the right place.

Investment

New clients: Online Initial Consultation (60mins): $150

Existing clients: Online Review Consultation (45mins): $135

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Just a device with a camera, a space to move, and comfortable clothing.

  • That's okay. Part of the assessment is understanding your history and load. You don't need to be in pain during the session for it to be useful. If needed, Jayde can send you a movement assessment to complete in your own time, in your own environment, doing the actual activities that load your body. You film it and send it back to be reviewed. This often gives a clearer picture than trying to replicate movements on the spot during a consult.

  • For assessment, education and programming, yes. Research shows that online physiotherapy is just as effective as face to face sessions. The main difference is hands-on treatment, which isn't possible online. For many people, particularly those dealing with load related or recurring issues, this isn't a barrier to getting great care.

  • Your program is delivered through an app, which you'll receive access to after your session. This will include video demonstrations of all exercises to ensure you always feel informed.

  • That's completely okay. If you're unsure whether an online consult suits your situation, feel free to reach out before booking and we can have a quick chat about whether it's the right fit. You can email Jayde at jayde@livebright.com.au.

  • You don't need an injury to benefit from working with a physio. Many people come to me with a performance goal, a new training program, a race or competition they're preparing for, or simply wanting to build strength and move better. An online consult is a great starting point to assess how your body is moving, identify any areas worth addressing before they become a problem, and build a plan around your training goals.

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly online.

  • Yes. Online physiotherapy consultations are claimable through most private health funds with extras cover, the same as an in-person appointment. The rebate amount will depend on your level of cover. We recommend checking with your fund before booking.
